Tap/Jazz Combo

This fun class for post-high school+ and incorporates jazz & tap styles of dance. Perfect for those who wish to keep active and continue their love of dance!‚Äč

Hip Hop
Our age appropriate style of Hip Hop includes warm-up, stretching, conditioning and choreography. Each class promises to challenge even the most seasoned vets while still allowing complete beginners to get a solid and fun introduction to hip hop.

Several Adult Fitness classes are offered throughout the year in full year (32 week), 4 or 6 week blocks!  Classes include Yoga, Ballet Barre Fitness, Dance Fusion Fitness, and more!  Current class offerings are listed below:

Adult Yoga
Vinyasa flow class.  Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.  No experience required!   Workout in socks or bare feet.  Yoga/fitness mat needed.  Childcare not available.
