This fun class for post-high school+ and incorporates jazz & tap styles of dance. Perfect for those who wish to keep active and continue their love of dance!
Several Adult Fitness classes are offered throughout the year in 4 or 6 week blocks! Classes include Yoga, Ballet Barre Fitness, Dance Fusion Fitness, and more! Current class offerings are listed below:
Vinyasa flow class. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. No experience required! Workout in socks or bare feet. Yoga/fitness mat needed. Childcare not available.
