We offer the following classes for Adults age 18+.  Select current sessions above for available classes.


Tap/Jazz Combo

This fun class for post-high school+ and incorporates jazz & tap styles of dance. Perfect for those who wish to keep active and continue their love of dance!‚Äč


Hip Hop
Our age appropriate style of Hip Hop includes warm-up, stretching, conditioning and choreography. Each class promises to challenge even the most seasoned vets while still allowing complete beginners to get a solid and fun introduction to hip hop.



Several Adult Fitness classes are offered throughout the year in 4 or 6 week blocks during our MINI Sessions.

Adult Yoga
Vinyasa flow class.  Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.  No experience required!   Workout in socks or bare feet.  Yoga/fitness mat needed.  Childcare not available.


Barre Fitness
This fast-growing exercise trend targets the entire body through mat Pilates and barre-based ballet exercises; providing a cardiovascular workout with grace! No dance experience necessary, but the results will give you the look and feel of a dancer!   Yoga/fitness mat required.  Class attire is yoga style workout wear and socks or bare feet.  Childcare not available.
